               Introduction’

               •  Explain that Codes of Conduct are central to shaping ethical, inclusive workplace behavior.

               •  Mention that this is particularly important in hospitality, where employees face pressure,
                   diversity, and fast-paced service demands.

               •  Highlight  the  dual  goals:  (1)  professional  behavior  for  business  success,  and  (2)
                   psychological safety for all, especially neurodiverse employees.

               •  Invite participants to briefly reflect on whether their organizations currently have a formal
                   Code of Conduct and how it is used.
