                       Developing  a  Code  of  Conduct  is  only  effective  when  supported  by  a  set  of  best
               practices  that  ensure  its  clarity,  accessibility,  relevance,  and  impact.  Especially  in  the

               hospitality  sector—where  employee  interaction  with  guests  and  colleagues  happens
