Help participants recognize and critically reflect on traditional team-building formats that might
unintentionally exclude autistic employees—and understand why adjustments are necessary.

Explain how many typical team-building activities are built around spontaneity, noise, social
bonding through chatting or drinks, and competitive games. While these might energize some,
