               Active listening involves fully focusing on and engaging with the person you are interacting

               with,  without  distractions  (Mindtools,  2018).  It  also  emphasizes  the  importance  of  body
               language—both our own and that of others. Aligning body language with spoken words signals
               attentiveness and reinforces trust in conversations. By mastering active listening, coaches can

               create a supportive and engaging environment for meaningful communication.
