                   4.  Strategic Value: At the top of the pyramid, CSR becomes a driver of business success.

                       When  aligned  with  strategy,  CSR  boosts  brand  reputation,  customer  loyalty,  and
                       employee retention — especially relevant in hospitality.


               On the right-hand side, the definition highlights that CSR is about enhancing well-being while
               minimizing harm. It’s no longer just about doing business — it’s about doing good business.
