communicate and process information in different ways. The more flexible we are, the more

               potential we unlock.

Third, we need ongoing support — not just at the beginning of employment, but across time.

Career development for autistic staff depends on clear communication, mentorship, and
predictability. Support shouldn’t stop once the contract is signed.

And finally, none of this should be isolated. CSR integration means embedding autism inclusion
into your broader sustainability strategy. When inclusion is part of your corporate values —
not just an HR project — the benefits ripple outward to staff, customers, and the wider

               community.

This is a moment to remind participants that meaningful change starts with small, intentional

action — and that they have a role to play.

               Suggestions

               Invite a closing reflection:

“Which of these four points feels most urgent in your current workplace? Which one are you

               best positioned to influence?”
